﴿أم تأمرهم أحلامهم بهذا﴾: أم حرف عطف بمعنى بل، وتأمرهم فعل مضارع، ومفعول به مقدم، وأحلامهم فاعل، وبهذا جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿تأمرهم﴾.
﴿أم هم قوم طاغون﴾: أم عاطفة، وهم مبتدأ وقوم خبر، وطاغون نعت.
