﴿وأنه هو أغنى وأقنى﴾: عطف على الآية السابقة، وأن حرف ناسخ، والهاء اسمها، وهو مبتدأ، وجملة ﴿أغنى﴾ خبر، والجملة خبر أن، أو ﴿هو﴾ تأكيد لاسم أن، وقيل: ﴿هو﴾ ضمير فصل، وجملة ﴿أغنى﴾ خبر أن.
