﴿وفجرنا الأرض عيونا﴾: فجرنا عطف على فتحنا، والأرض مفعول به، وعيونًا تمييز.
﴿فالتقى الماء على أمر قد قدر﴾: فالتقى عطف على فجرنا، والماء فاعل التقى، وعلى أمر جار ومجرور متعلقان بالتقى، وأفادت ﴿على﴾ معنى التعليل، وقيل: في موضع نصب على الحال، وجملة قد قدر صفة لأمر.
