﴿وَما﴾ الواو حرف استئناف وما نافية ﴿كُنْتَ﴾ ماض ناقص واسمه ﴿بِجانِبِ﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف خبر كنت ﴿الْغَرْبِيِّ﴾ مضاف إليه والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها. ﴿إِذْ﴾ ظرف زمان ﴿قَضَيْنا﴾ ماض وفاعله ﴿إِلى مُوسَى﴾ متعلقان بالفعل ﴿الْأَمْرَ﴾ مفعول به والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة ﴿وَما كُنْتَ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ﴾ معطوفة على ما قبلها وإعرابها واضح.
