﴿ولقد صبحهم بكرة عذاب مستقر﴾: عطف أيضًا، وبكرة ظرف متعلق بـ﴿صبحهم﴾، أي: من غير يوم معين، وعذاب فاعل، ومستقر نعت لعذاب، أي: لا يزول عنهم.
