﴿والأرض﴾: معطوف مجرور.
﴿وإلى الله﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿ترجع﴾.
﴿ترجع﴾: فعل مضارع مبني لما لم يسمَّ فاعله.
﴿الأمور﴾: نائب فاعل.
