﴿لا يستوي أصحاب النار وأصحاب الجنة﴾: لا نافية، ويستوي فعل مضارع مرفوع وأصحاب النار فاعل، وأصحاب الجنة عطف على أصحاب النار.
﴿أصحاب الجنة هم الفائزون﴾: كلام مستأنف لا محل له من الإعراب، وأصحاب الجنة مبتدأ، وهم ضمير فصل، أو مبتدأ ثانٍ، والفائزون خبر على كل حال .
