﴿وَإِذا﴾ عطف على ما سبق ﴿رَأَوْا﴾ ماض وفاعله والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة ﴿آيَةً﴾ مفعول به ﴿يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ﴾ مضارع مرفوع وفاعله والجملة جواب شرط غير جازم لا محل لها.
