﴿وَقِفُوهُمْ﴾ الواو حرف عطف وأمر وفاعله ومفعوله ﴿إِنَّهُمْ﴾ إن واسمها ﴿مَسْؤُلُونَ﴾ خبر إن والجملة الفعلية معطوفة على ما قبلها لا محل لها والجملة الاسمية تعليل للأمر.
