﴿وَعِنْدَهُمْ﴾ الواو حرف عطف وظرف مكان متعلق بمحذوف خبر مقدم ﴿قاصِراتُ﴾ مبتدأ مؤخر والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها ﴿الطَّرْفِ﴾ مضاف إليه ﴿عِينٌ﴾ صفة لقاصرات.
