﴿ولا﴾: الواو استئنافية، أو حالية، ولا النافية.
﴿يستثنون﴾: فعل مضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون، لأنه من الأفعال الخمسة، والواو فاعلن وجملة ﴿ولا يستثنون﴾ مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب، أو حالية في محل نصب.
