﴿أفنجعل﴾: الهمزة للاستفهام الإنكاري، والفاء حرف عطف، والجملة معطوفة على مقدّر يقتضيه السياق، أي: أنحيف في الحكم فنجعل المسلمين كالكافرين، و﴿نجعل﴾ فعل مضارع مرفوع، وفاعله مستتر.
﴿المسلمين﴾: مفعول به أول.
﴿كالمجرمين﴾: الكاف اسم بمعنى مثل مبني على الفتح في محل نصب مفعول به ثانٍ، و﴿المجرمين﴾ مضاف إليه.
