﴿سلهم﴾: الجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب، وسَلْ فعل أمر وفاعله المستتر، و﴿هم﴾ مفعوله الأول.
﴿أيّهم﴾: مبتدأ والضمير في محل جر بالإضافة.
﴿بذلك﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿زعيم﴾.
﴿زعيم﴾: خبر أيّهم، والجملة في محل نصب مفعول ثانٍ لسَلْ، لأنها تنصب مفعولين.
