﴿والذين﴾: الواو عاطفة، والذين اسم موصول معطوف على ﴿الذين﴾ الأولى التي هي نعت لـ﴿المصلين﴾.
﴿هم﴾: مبتدأ.
﴿على صلاتهم﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿يحافظون﴾، والهاء مضاف إليه.
﴿يحافظون﴾: فعل مضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون، والواو ضمير مبني في محل رفع فاعل، والجملة خبر المبتدأ.
