﴿وَلَقَدْ﴾ سبق إعرابها. ﴿صَبَّحَهُمْ﴾ ماض ومفعوله ﴿بُكْرَةً﴾ ظرف زمان ﴿عَذابٌ﴾ فاعل ﴿مُسْتَقِرٌّ﴾ صفة عذاب والجملة جواب القسم لا محل لها.
