﴿وأما﴾: الواو عاطفة، وأما حرف شرط وتفصيل.
﴿القاسطون﴾: مبتدأ مرفوع بالواو.
﴿فكانوا﴾: الفاء واقعة في جواب الشرط غير الجازم، وكانوا فعل ماضٍ ناقص، والواو اسمها، والجملة خبر ﴿القاسطون﴾.
﴿لجهنم﴾: حال، لأنه كان في الأصل صفة لـ﴿حطبا﴾، وتقدمت.
﴿حطبا﴾: خبر كان.
