﴿كُلُّ مَنْ﴾ مبتدأ مضاف إلى اسم الموصول واسم الموصول مضاف إليه و ﴿عَلَيْها﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف صلة الموصول ﴿فانٍ﴾ خبر المبتدأ مرفوع بالضمة على الياء المحذوفة وهو اسم منقوص والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها.
