﴿يَسْئَلُهُ﴾ مضارع ومفعوله ﴿مَنْ﴾ فاعله ﴿فِي السَّماواتِ﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف صلة الموصول ﴿وَالْأَرْضِ﴾ معطوف على السموات والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها. ﴿كُلَّ﴾ ظرف مضاف ﴿يَوْمٍ﴾ مضاف إليه ﴿هُوَ﴾ مبتدأ ﴿فِي شَأْنٍ﴾ خبر.
