﴿يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ﴾ مضارع مبني للمجهول ونائب فاعل مرفوع بالواو والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها ﴿بِسِيماهُمْ﴾ متعلقان بالفعل. ﴿فَيُؤْخَذُ﴾ مضارع مبني للمجهول ﴿بِالنَّواصِي﴾ جار ومجرور بمنزلة نائب الفاعل ﴿وَالْأَقْدامِ﴾ معطوف على النواصي والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
