﴿والصبح﴾: الواو حرف قسم وجر، والصبح مجرور بواو القسم، والجار والمجرور متعلقان بفعل محذوف، تقديره: أقسم.
﴿إذا﴾: ظرف زمان متعلق بفعل القسم المقدر.
﴿أسفر﴾: فعل ماضٍ مبني على الفتح، والفاعل مستتر، تقديره: هو، وجملة ﴿أسفر﴾ في محل جر بإضافة الظرف إليها.
