﴿فإذا﴾: الفاء استئنافية، وإذا ظرف لما يستقبل من الزمن متعلق بالجواب، وهو: يقول.
﴿برق﴾: فعل ماض مبني على الفتح.
﴿البصر﴾: فاعل مرفوع، وجملة ﴿برق البصر﴾ في محل جر بإضافة الظرف إليها، والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب.
