﴿ذلك﴾: اسم ليس.
﴿بقادر﴾: الباء حرف جر صلة، وقادر مجرور لفظًا منصوب محلا خبر ليس.
﴿على﴾: حرف جر.
﴿أن﴾: مصدرية.
﴿يحيي﴾: فعل مضارع منصوب، والفاعل: هو، والمصدر المؤول من ﴿أن يحيي﴾ اسم مجرور بـ﴿على﴾، والجار والمجرور متعلقان بـ﴿قادر﴾.
﴿الموتى﴾: مفعول به.
