﴿وإذا﴾: الواو عاطفة، وإذا ظرف لما يستقبل من الزمن متضمن معنى الشرط.
﴿رأيت﴾: فعل وفاعل، وجملة رأيت في محل جر بإضافة الظرف إليه.
﴿ثم﴾: ظرف مكان.
﴿رأيت﴾: فعل وفاعل، وجملة رأيت لا محل لها من الإعراب، لأنها جواب شرط غير جازم.
﴿نعيما﴾: مفعول رأيت الثانية.
﴿وملكا﴾: عطف على ﴿نعيمًا﴾.
﴿كبيرا﴾: نعت.
