﴿وجعلنا﴾: الواو حرف عطف، وجعلنا فعل وفاعل.
﴿فيها﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿جعلنا﴾ إن كانت بمعنى خلقنا، وفي موضع المفعول الثاني إن كانت جعلنا بمعنى صيّرنا.
﴿رواسي﴾: مفعول ﴿جعلنا﴾.
﴿شامخات﴾: صفة لـ﴿رواسي﴾.
﴿وأسقيناكم﴾: عطف على ﴿جعلنا﴾.
﴿ماء﴾: مفعول به ثانٍ.
﴿فراتًا﴾: نعت لـ﴿ماء﴾.
