﴿وَآخَرِينَ﴾ معطوف على الأميين ﴿مِنْهُمْ﴾ متعلقان بمحذوف صفة آخرين ﴿لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا﴾ مضارع مجزوم بلمّا والواو فاعله والجملة صفة ثانية لآخرين ﴿بِهِمْ﴾ متعلقان بالفعل ﴿وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ﴾ مبتدأ وخبران والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها.
