﴿وخلقناكم﴾: الواو حرف عطف، وخلق: فعل ماض مبني على السكون، و﴿نا﴾: ضمير مبني على السكون في محل رفع فاعل، والكاف ضمير مبني في محل نصب مفعول به، والميم علامة على الجمع.
﴿أزواجا﴾: حال من مفعول ﴿خلقناكم﴾ منصوبة بالفتحة، والجملة لا محل لها من الإعراب معطوفة على جملة ﴿نجعل﴾.
