﴿ن﴾ حرف لا إعراب له ﴿وَالْقَلَمِ﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بفعل قسم محذوف تقديره أقسم ﴿وَما﴾ اسم موصول معطوف على ما قبله ﴿يَسْطُرُونَ﴾ مضارع وفاعله والجملة صلة.
