﴿والجبال﴾: الواو عاطفة، والجبال منصوب على الاشتغال بفعل محذوف يدل عليه ما بعده.
﴿أرساها﴾: فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، وفاعله ضمير مستتر تقديره هو، والضمير في محل نصب مفعول به. وجملة ﴿أرساها﴾ تفسيرية لا محل لها من الإعراب. وجملة ﴿الجبال أرساها﴾ معطوفة على جملة ﴿الأرض بعد ذلك دحاها﴾.
