﴿وتولى﴾: الواو عاطفة، وتولى فعل ماضٍ مبني على الفتح المقدر على الألف، والفاعل ضمير مستتر تقديره هو، وجملة ﴿عبس﴾ ابتدائية، وجملة ﴿تولى﴾ معطوفة على جملة ﴿عبس﴾.
