﴿وَأُمْلِي﴾ مضارع فاعله مستتر ومعناه أمهلهم ﴿لَهُمْ﴾ متعلقان بالفعل والجملة معطوفة على سنستدرجهم ﴿إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌ﴾ إن واسمها وخبرها والجملة تعليلية لا محل لها.
