﴿وَالَّذِينَ﴾ اسم الموصول معطوف على ما قبله أيضا ﴿هُمْ﴾ مبتدأ ﴿بِشَهاداتِهِمْ﴾ متعلقان بما بعدهما ﴿قائِمُونَ﴾ خبر والجملة الاسمية صلة لا محل لها.
