﴿وما﴾: الواو عاطفة، و﴿ما﴾ نافية حجازية تعمل عمل ليس.
﴿صاحبكم﴾: اسم ﴿ما﴾، والضمير المتصل مضاف إليه.
﴿بمجنون﴾: الباء حرف جر صلة، و﴿مجنون﴾ خبر ﴿ما﴾ الحجازية منصوب محلا مجرور بالباء لفظًا. والجملة معطوفة على قوله تعالى ﴿إنه لقول رسول كريم﴾.
