﴿يوم﴾: ظرف زمان منصوب بالفتحة متعلق بفعل محذوف أي: يبعثون.
﴿يقوم﴾: فعل مضارع مرفوع بالضمة.
﴿الناس﴾: فاعل مرفوع بالضمة.
﴿لرب﴾: اللام حرف جر، ولفظ ﴿رب﴾ اسم مجرور باللام وعلامة الجر الكسرة والجار والمجرور متعلقان بـ﴿يقوم﴾.
﴿العالمين﴾: مضاف إليه مجرور بالياء لأنه جمع مذكر سالم، وجملة ﴿يقوم﴾ في محل جر مضاف إليه.
