﴿والقمر﴾: الواو حرف عطف والقمر اسم معطوف على الليل مجرور بالكسرة.
﴿إذا﴾: ظرف مستقبل مبني على السكون في محل نصب متعلق بـ أقسم المقدر.
﴿اتسق﴾: فعل ماض مبني على الفتح والفاعل مستتر تقديره هو، وجملة ﴿اتسق﴾ في محل جر مضاف إليه.
