﴿خلق﴾: فعل ماض مبني لما لم يسمَّ فاعله مبني على الفتح، ونائب الفاعل ضمير مستتر تقديره: هو.
﴿من﴾: حرف جر مبني على السكون.
﴿ماء﴾: اسم مجرور بمن وعلامة جره الكسرة والجار والمجرور متعلقان بـ﴿خلق﴾.
﴿دافق﴾: صفة لـ﴿ماء﴾ مجرورة وعلامة الجر الكسرة، وجملة ﴿خلق...﴾ مستأنفة بيانيًّا لا محل لها من الإعراب، أو بدل من ﴿خلق﴾ في الآية السابقة.
