﴿إِنَّهُ﴾ إن واسمها ﴿هُوَ﴾ ضمير فصل ﴿يُبْدِئُ﴾ مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة خبر إن وجملة إنه تعليل ﴿وَيُعِيدُ﴾ معطوف على يبدئ.
