﴿فَصَبَّ﴾ ماض مبني على الفتح ﴿عَلَيْهِمْ﴾ متعلقان بالفعل ﴿رَبُّكَ﴾ لفظ الجلالة فاعل ﴿سَوْطَ عَذابٍ﴾ مفعول به مضاف إلى عذاب والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
