﴿أليس﴾: الهمزة للاستفهام التقريري، وليس فعل ماضٍ ناقص مبني على الفتح.
﴿الله﴾: لفظ الجلالة اسم ليس مرفوع وعلامة الرفع الضمة الظاهرة.
﴿بأحكم﴾: الباء حرف جر صلة، وأحكم اسم مجرور لفظًا منصوب محلا على أنه خبر ليس.
﴿الحاكمين﴾: مضاف إليه مجرور، وجملة ﴿أليس الله بأحكم الحاكمين﴾ مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب.
