﴿الذي﴾: اسم موصول مبني على السكون في محل رفع نعت لـ﴿الأكرم﴾ أو في محل رفع خبر ثان لـ﴿ربك﴾.
﴿علم﴾: فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، وفاعله ضمير مستتر تقديره هو يعود على الله، ومفعولاه محذوفان، أي: علّم الإنسان الخطَّ بالقلم، وجملة ﴿عَلَّم﴾ صلة الموصول لا محل لها من الإعراب.
﴿بالقلم﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿علم﴾.
