أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ» الهمزة حرف استفهام وتقرير وماض ناقص ولفظ الجلالة اسمه ﴿بِأَحْكَمِ﴾ الباء حرف جر زائد وأحكم مجرور لفظا منصوب محلا خبر ليس ﴿الْحاكِمِينَ﴾ مضاف إليه والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها.
