﴿وأرسل﴾: الواو حرف عطف، وأرسل فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، والفاعل مستتر تقديره هو.
﴿عليهم﴾: على حرف جر، والهاء ضمير مبني على الكسر في محل جر، والميم علامة الجمع، والجار والمجرور متعلقان بـ﴿أرسل﴾.
﴿طيرا﴾: مفعول به منصوب بالفتحة.
﴿أبابيل﴾: نعت لـ﴿طيرا﴾ منصوب بالفتحة، وجملة ﴿أرسل...﴾ معطوفة على جملة ﴿ألم يجعل...﴾ لا محل لها من الإعراب.
