﴿قل﴾: فعل أمر مبني على السكون وفاعله مستتر فيه وجوبا تقديره أنت، وجملة ﴿قل﴾ ابتدائية لا محل لها من الإعراب.
﴿يا﴾: حرف نداء.
﴿أيها﴾: أي منادى مبني على الضم في محل نصب، و﴿ها﴾ للتنبيه.
﴿الكافرون﴾: صفة لـ﴿أي﴾، وجملة ﴿يا أيها الكافرون﴾ مقول القول في محل نصب.
