فقال: {إلا الذين تابوا} من الكفر.
{وأصلحوا} أسلموا وأصلحوا الأعمال فيما بينهم وبين ربهم.
{وبينوا} ما كتموا.
{فأولئك أتوب عليهم } أتجاوز عنهم وأقبل توبتهم.
{وأنا التواب} الرجاع بقلوب عبادي المنصرفة عني إلي.
{الرحيم} بهم بعد إقبالهم علي.
