( وإن عزموا الطلاق ) أي حققوه بالإيقاع ( فإن الله سميع )( عليم ) بنياتهم وفيه دليل على أنها لا تطلق بعد مضي المدة ما لم يطلقها زوجها لأنه شرط فيه العزم وقال : ( فإن الله سميع عليم ) فدل على أنه يقتضي مسموعا والقول هو الذي يسمع .
