( فانتقمنا منهم فأغرقناهم في اليم ) يعني : البحر ( بأنهم كذبوا بآياتنا وكانوا عنها غافلين ) أي : عن النقمة قبل حلولها غافلين . وقيل : معناه عن آياتنا معرضين .
