( وإن كانوا ) وقد كانوا ( من قبل أن ينزل عليهم من قبله لمبلسين ) أي آيسين ، وقيل :" وإن كانوا " ، أي : وما كانوا إلا مبلسين ، وأعاد قوله :" من قبله " تأكيدا . وقيل : الأولى ترجع إلى إنزال المطر ، والثانية إلى إنشاء السحاب . وفي حرف عبد الله بن مسعود : وإن كانوا من قبل أن ينزل عليهم لمبلسين ، غير مكرر .
