( قل إن ضللت فإنما أضل على نفسي ) وذلك أن كفار مكة كانوا يقولون له : إنك قد ضللت حين تركت دين آبائك ، فقال الله تعالى :( قل إن ضللت فإنما أضل على نفسي ) أي : إثم ضلالتي على نفسي ( وإن اهتديت فبما يوحي إلي ربي ) من القرآن والحكمة ( إنه سميع قريب )
