ثم خوف الكفار فقال : ( أفلم يسيروا في الأرض فينظروا كيف كان عاقبة الذين من قبلهم دمر الله عليهم ) أي أهلكهم ( وللكافرين أمثالها ) إن لم يؤمنوا ، يتوعد مشركي مكة .
