( الذين يبخلون ) قيل : هو في محل الخفض على نعت المختال . وقيل : هو رفع بالابتداء وخبره فيما بعده . ( ويأمرون الناس بالبخل ومن يتول ) أي : يعرض عن الإيمان ( فإن الله هو الغني الحميد ) قرأ أهل المدينة والشام : " فإن الله الغني " بإسقاط " هو " وكذلك هو في مصاحفهم .
