( وجمع الشمس والقمر ) أسودين مكورين كأنهما ثوران عقيران . وقيل : يجمع بينهما في ذهاب الضياء . وقال عطاء بن يسار : يجمعان يوم القيامة ثم يقذفان في البحر فيكونان نار الله الكبرى .
